**Boat Crew**

Skuna Boats was launched in 2017 with a mission to provide a unique water based experiences. Since then we have grown to become an award winning experience and one of London's most loved tourist attractions.

We currently offer two experiences with our Hot Tub and BBQ boats.

We are looking for crew to join our team and deliver a safe and fun experience to our customers. You will greet customers, provide a safety demonstration of boats and set up our boats for customer use. It is a role which is physical, fun and challenging. Please note much of this role will be outdoor based so ideal for someone who enjoys the great outdoors

**The Role**
- Welcome customers and instruct them on our boat operations.
- Assist in successfully delivering the experience, ensuring a great customer experience, caring for equipment, managing facilities, Health and Safety, and a bit of administration
- Help with local marketing as required.
- Assist with customer enquiries and bookings
- Monitor customer behaviour
- Assist customers when problems arise
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends

- Safety conscious, with a professional outlook
- Confident around water
- Able to work under own initiative and be flexible
- A ‘customer comes first’ attitude with drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player who is able to work with other colleagues.
- High energy levels with a cheerful disposition, even when under pressure
- Must like working outdoors
- Must be able to demonstrate attention to detail and ability to diligently follow procedures
- Marketing and sales experience
- Health & Safety experience
- Practical DIY & maintenance skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
