As a School IT Technician Apprentice, you’ll work as part of an innovative and responsive IT team to provide first-line support for our schools. You will assist with the maintenance of school services, provide remote support, and keep the school systemsmaintained to the highest possible standard.

Other responsibilities could include:

- Incident, Request and Problem Management
- Ensure that all IT Support needs are logged correctly on the Service Management system
- Re-route or escalate IT support tickets to the appropriate team or person

Our goal is to transform you into a fully competent technician, ideally open to accepting a full-time, permanent position within the team, with opportunities for progression in the future. This apprenticeship could lead to Senior Technician roles to workingas a Service Manager supporting academies across the federation.
