Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front of House member, we are hiring for both Bartenders and Waiters. As a Front of House, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organised workplace
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling perishable items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and memorable experience for customers
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required
