Interim Internal Communications Business Partner

A well-known company in the aviation sector is looking for an Interim Internal Communications Business Partner on an initial 3-month contract, starting in February, paying £350 - £400 per day (inside IR35).

The hiring manager is ideally looking for someone who has experience communicating with a remote workforce, bringing creative ideas to engage non-office based employees. Someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity would also fit in very well in thisever-changing and growing organisation. The ability to hit the ground running is essential, as is the need to build strong stakeholder relationships in quick time. Thers is a requirement to work from the office in West London 2 - 3 days per week so do getin touch if you’re ready for your next contract, can start in the new year and want to be a part of a well-respected, high performing internal communications team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help execute the internal communications strategy across the organisation
- Work closely with the Senior Business Partner to develop communications strategies and approaches to support the business, and suggest innovative ways to approach challenges
- Work with stakeholders to draft, agree and implement communications plans and strategies which support their business needs and challenges Oversee the development and delivery of impactful internal communications campaigns, with a focus on the organisation’sstrategic priorities and major programmes of work
- Support with ad-hoc internal communications requirements in the operations division

**Experience**:

- Proven mid-level internal communications experience
- Confident multi-channel communicator who likes embracing change and spotting improvements, and helping others to do so
- Ability to work, at times, in a changing environment with some level of ambiguity while able to self-manage and sometimes to tight timeframes, and under pressure
- Experience of working with internal clients, and gaining their trust through advising and influencing on comms best practice and solutions in a fast-paced change environment
- Understanding and experience of creating comms and engagement metrics to ensure success of the plan and ability to drive change when these might not be working
