As a Bartender within Shawfern Group Ltd, you will have the opportunity to be involved in an ambitious and one-of-a-kind team where our aim is to create a remarkable and unforgettable experience for our guests across our current and any future venues. **Your responsibilities**:

- Passionate about food and drink, you will be involved in creation, development and brand maintenance throughout your everyday work.
- Your main role will be ‘behind the bar’, however, you will also work with food service in our restaurants so your knowledge of both our drinks and food offering will be essential. Training on all menus will be provided on site.
- Knowledge of and maintenance of H&S procedures and ensuring that you abide by food hygiene legislation in line with your training.
- Your work will include unsociable hours so flexibility is expected.
- Ensure that company standards and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that your work area is clean and adheres to company standards as per your training.
- Ensuring the beer lines and fonts are maintained and cleaned on a regular basis.

**About you**:

- Passion and strong people skills are key as you will be consistently striving to deliver a great service for our guests.
- Previous experience working in a similar high end environment is desired although on site training will also be provided as to our individual company policies and procedures.
- You will have flair, charisma and an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude with bounds of energy.
- Ability to respond quickly to our guests’ needs; by providing an excellent customer experience you will be engaging and exciting our guests with your skills, knowledge and personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated and tenacious as a team player.
- Creative, inspired and keenly interested in drinks culture and working with top class spirits to provide a delicious drinks menu to our guests.
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across various groups of individuals and cultures in a global environment.
- Wider interest in the hospitality industry with a keen passion for keeping up to date with new trends and a willingness to be open to these new trends being included in your day to day operations.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in a busy environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
