Butler Rose, a specialist finance agency, is currently assisting in the recruitment process for a Head of Finance position within a growing branded business.

The role will involve supporting financial budgets, forecasts, and strategic growth plans. As a Business Partner, you will contribute to process improvement and provide insightful analysis to the broader business. You will support senior leaders in making important business decisions, such as investment choices, working capital management, alternative supplier selection, and sourcing strategies.

Required skills and experience:

- Qualified Accountant or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in managing small teams and acting as a Business Partner
- Previous experience in a finance role with leadership responsibilities, including acting as a finance business partner to non-finance colleagues
- In-depth knowledge and experience in operating ERP systems
- Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Familiarity with UK direct and indirect tax regulations
- Proficiency in IT skills, particularly with ERP systems
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated track record of successful delivery
- Experience in enhancing financial controls
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
