As the UK's biggest Pub Company, Stonegate Group have an exciting opportunity in their Legal Services Team for a **Customer Care Officer.**
The role of the Customer Care Officer is to record, investigate and provide appropriate response letters to formal written complaints received into the business. This role will require you to work closely with teams across all areas of the leased and tenanted business to ensure that all complaints are fully investigated and responded to in a timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Officer**:
- Taking ownership of high level / publican complaints and working with relevant departments to gather information relating to the complaint
- Logging all complaints accurately on the system and keeping them updated until closure
- Ensuring all relevant documentation/information is saved in the complaint file
- Maintaining and updating a weekly report of CEO level complaints
- Compiling the weekly complaint report
- Collating information on a monthly basis for the annual Pubs Code Adjudicator report
- Providing new RMs with an induction to the Complaint process
- Assisting Legal Advisors as and when required with research, advice and reporting tasks
Experience in a complaints background is not essential. We are looking for somebody who has excellent communication skills, is highly organised and can build strong relationships across the business. We can teach you everything you need to know about complaints and hospitality
The role is based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, but you will have the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.
