You can solve difficult problems “head on” and to keep track of people. You know how to use a computer well, you have a natural sense for order and planning, and can prove that you have managed people towards success in the past.

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing a team of field operatives and assisting them in their day-to-day jobs.
- Answering customers' queries.
- Route Planning
- Time Scheduling.
- Contacting customers to confirm the assigned timeslots.
- Complaint Handling.
**Skills Required**:
- Great verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player.
- Ability to work with targets and meet these successfully.
- Computer literate.
