**Role Details**
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Answering telephones
- Generic day to day administrative tasks
- General reception duties
- Supporting project managers with quotations and maintaining the quotation database
- Booking travel and accommodation for staff
- Copy typing
- Booking and organising staff training
- Undertaking any other tasks / duties as may be reasonably required
- Arranging catering for any internal meetings and taking minutes when required

We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:
- At least 4 GCSE’s at grades 9-4, including English and Maths.
- L2/L3 Business Administration (desirable)
- Administrative experience (2 years minimum)
**Working Hours**
Full time (40 hours per week)
Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30
Based at our Middlesbrough offices.
Immediate start available.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,174.40-£21,673.60 per year
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
