Office Administrator

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Help maintain practice management system
- Assisting with onboarding new clients
- Assisting with compliance checks for new and existing clients
- Manage and process some company secretarial work such as confirmation statements
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Manage and maintain office files and records
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Handle confidential information with discretion
**Skills and Behaviours**:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
