An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as an Invoice Clerk on a full time, temporary basis.

As an Invoice Clerk you will work alongside the Business Support Lead and assist with the maintenance of staff/contractor accounts, project support, monthly timesheets, staff expenses, subcontractor invoice checks and timesheet management.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Assist with raising customer invoices and issuing to customers.
- Assist with posting of invoices into Sage Accounts.
- Assist with recording and tracking the approval of Subcontractor and 3rd Party invoices.
- Assist with ensuring all weekly timesheets have been submitted on time.
- Assist with expenses check and approval on Coretime. This includes expense receipt check and VAT treatment, billable/non-billable expense on RR, client recharge.
- Assist with the weekly timesheet check and issue monthly customer timesheets to SDMs for approval.
- To provide day to day project and business support and maintenance as required.
- Assist with the production of a revenue report driven by time sheet records and assist with the production of a cost report and analysis of the above to identify any unexpected differences.
- Assistance with audit enquiries when half year and full year audits are carried out.
- Adhoc support to the Management Accountant, Finance/Business Support Lead and Finance Assistant.
- Answer phone calls, direct calls/enquiries to relevant people.
- Deal with mail by scanning and sending to relevant person.
- Greet customers/visitors, offer refreshments.
- Day to day and weekly tasks e.g. keeping communal areas tidy and ordering food for staff events.
- Weekly stock check of consumables and stationery supplies.
- Any other administrative/office tasks required.
- Assistance with HSE.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge of Sage
- Ability to organise a varied and fluctuating workload
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong understanding of excel
