**What does the temps or perms Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant role entail?**
- Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and bring in new business.
- Build and develop your own desk in a sector where you have had success and build your own team around you
- Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms providing exceptional levels of service.
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to clients.
- Managing every aspect of the process from advert writing to offer
- Identifying and attracting talent that satisfies your client’s requirements.
- Consistently meeting sales targets and KPI’s that aid my client's business goals and your personal targets.

- Experienced billing 360 Senior Recruitment Consultants or Recruitment Consultants perms or temps within a sector where they have had proven success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
