The Role:
The role of the Business Development Manager Is extremely important. You will be a font line ambassador for the business when working with new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Based near the Reading area - Attendance to the Office twice a week
- Regular meetings with New and Existing clients
- You will generate solid relationships with all supporting your client’s full needs in their technical/marketing department
- Manage sales targets and ensure all KPI's are met
- Work closely with the Account Management, Training, and technical teams to ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Attending Events when required to further develop relationships
To be successful in this Business Development Manager role:
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience within a Sales
- It is ideal that you have sold Digital Marketing/SEO or PPC services
- Have experience nurturing key accounts
- Be an excellent networker and be able to work a room and develop new relationships easy
- Be happy to travel to a Reading office occasionally
- Be extremely well presented, both visually and verbally
- Polished, professional, have an enthusiastic attitude that resonates with your team members
The Package:
On offer for the successful Business Development Manager is a basic salary between £40,000-£45,000. There is an expected OTE of £60,000. You will be furnished with a phone, laptop, 25 days holiday, birthday off, home office set up and you are given flexiblebenefits which give you a range of choices.
