We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to train as an **Apprentice**and become the next **Lettings Negotiator**to join our fantastic **Lettings** team in**Corby.**You will be support to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree and progress let’s through to exchange and completion. No two days are ever the same thereforeyou will need to think on your feet and be confident in your approach when dealing with landlords and tenants.

**Key responsibilities of a skilled Lettings Negotiator (you will be working towards this as part of the apprenticeship)**:

- Identify new opportunities to generate and book valuations
- Carry out and conduct property viewings, providing knowledgeable insight
- Work with landlords to negotiate agreements
- Liaise with tenants to agree and progress let’s through to exchange and completion
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties to support the Lettings team

**Skills and Experience required to be a Lettings Negotiator**:

- Preferably an experienced **sales** person
- Able to **generate new business** in a **target driven** environment
- Outstanding **customer care **/ **customer service **experience
- Resilient, **positive**, **organised**, **numerate **and **detail oriented**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication** skills
- A **Full UK driving licence** and access to your own vehicle
