We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Craft Meat Dorset.

As part of our team, you will be taught a range of skills in line with the Level 2 Butchery Apprenticeship.

Job roles:

- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Display and preparation of meats for sale
- Cut and prepare meats to specification for customer’s order
- Understand the sales of meat
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
- Understanding and enforcing law enforced points of health and hygiene - HACCP
- Working with the public, upholding polite and diligent customer service

You will be working towards a Level 2 Butchery qualification in the form of an apprenticeship in which their will be full support from both Craft Meat and the training provider.
