**Job Summary**:
As a Part-Time Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and compelling content that highlights our properties, brand, and services across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to execute content strategies that enhance our online presence, attract potential clients, and drive engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing and informative content, including but not limited to property listings, articles, infographics, videos, and photography.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools, graphic design software, and multimedia editing software.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for content publishing.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio or examples showcasing previous content creation work is highly desirable.

**Additional Information**:

- This position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, with the possibility of flexible scheduling.
- The role will involve on-site visits to properties for content creation purposes so ability to drive is preferred.
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
