Overview

Trigon Recruitment are recruiting for a leading National Grade 2 Ofsted Training Provider for a Vocational Tutor for their AEB provision in Bristol. The role will be delivered peripatetically in various locations throughout South and East Bristol

The Role

You will support learners to develop the knowledge, skills and qualifications required to work in Hospitality, Customer Service, Employability and basic IT. Learners will include new entrants to the profession to help with their progression into employment,linking with local employers. With the ability to engage and inspire, you will be able to overcome barriers to learning including low confidence, learning difficulties and the full range of social disadvantage. Using a well-equipped online learning platformand digital resources, you will teach across a number of qualifications. The successful applicant will join a dynamic, supportive team who share a passion for adult learning.

The Person

You will demonstrate a genuine commitment to learning and helping the disadvantaged to thrive. Empathy, creativity, and the ability to design engaging learning experiences are essential. The ability to manage a caseload and drive your own performance arealso essential. You must hold a recognised teaching / assessing qualification and experience / expertise in one of he sector delivery areas

**Skills**:

- Deliverer Customer Service, Employability and Warehouse and Storage AEB courses
- Be experienced in group facilitation
- Maintain accurate learner records
- Understand the key principles of Ofsted requirements relative to Quality of Education
- Inspire, motivate and challenge learners to achieve
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
- Be able differentiate learning
- Have good pass rates
- Be able to develop curriculum where needed
