Full-time Plumber

Bradwell Maintenance operate throughout the Greater Manchester and Merseyside area, providing Property Maintenance Services for Landlords, Letting Agents, Homeowners and Housing Associations.

We are currently hiring for a full-time plumber to join our professional team of skilled tradesmen, to carry out a variety of maintenance work across the North West. **Applicants must be Gas Safety Certified.**

Responsibilities include:

- General maintenance tasks
- Sealing baths, sinks, etc
- Grouting
- Installing and repairing pipework
- Fixing leaks to toilets, baths, sinks and other pipe work
- Unblocking blockages in the system
- Installing bathroom suites (disconnecting and reconnecting pipework)
- Tiling would be preferred but no essential

In return, we offer full-time hours as well as a company van with all equipment provided. Annual holiday leave is provided as well as the room to thrive in a skilled team of qualified tradesmen.
