Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS or SSSTS)

Good written and excellent oral communication skills

The ability to manage and control multiple tasks

**Description of role**

Enforcement of Site Safety in conjunction with the project team and the Priority Safety team.

Enforcement of Site QA/QC including set up of benchmarks, management and close out of snags and relevant documentation.

Supervising day to day site activities for pipework, plumbing, insulation and HVAC installations.

Ensuring that materials are ordered and tracked for on time delivery and installation.

Tracking and reporting on the installation and schedule of works. Using the latest industry technology.

Ensuring spec compliance for each mechanical package.

Liaise with the clients, consultants, company representatives and sub-contractors, providing them with up to date information at site meetings.

Ensuring that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractors.

Liaise with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.

Respond and resolve to site queries and liaise with the design/engineering team where necessary.

Responsible for field engineering, fabrication quality and adherence to the correct standards.

Ensuring systems are walked down, signed off with relevant stakeholders and documentation is kept up to date.

**Salary**: £25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
