**The Role**

The Portfolio Programme Officer will be vital in building Coventry University Group’s innovative approach to student experience and employability, the Enhancing Futures Programme. Working across the team you will develop and oversee all logístical and operational elements of the programme from with scheduling, booking, gathering attendance data to collating feedback in relation to the Enhancing Futures activity.

**Key Duties**

***Working alongside team members to curate, commission and organise content and activity for the programme, you will lead as key contact for course content providers and to put in place a process for collection, production, publish and review.
- To develop and categorise the portfolio to offer a range of levels, co-ordinating product to develop standalone or multiple awards.
- Work alongside the Content and Programme Manager to develop and maintain a digital platform that underpins the Enhancing Futures student journey to include booking, hosting and accreditation activities.
- Undertake desk-based information gathering insight on sector and competitor activity, participant feedback and ongoing benchmarking to maintain excellence and competitive advantage. Putting in place processes to identify potential courses and activities, to offer participants
- Provide regular reports on trends and attendance, using participation and completion data to that will support the continual review and improvement of programme content.

**The Successful Applicant**

You will have experience in project or event management, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide variety of key stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver shared goals. A strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards you will have experience of implementing and managing a digital platform supporting a user journey and engagement.
- Degree level education or significant experience working in a similar role
- Experience of managing complex projects or multiple activities across a project lifecycle.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to self-motivate and managing priorities.
- Excellent data analytical skills with experience collating large volumes of data and interrogating results to improve performance
- It may be necessary at short notice and to work over traditional UK holiday periods.
