Key Responsibilities will be as follows:

- Manage the MD’s calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and organised efficiently
- Dealing with queries on behalf of the GMD in a professional manner
- Overseeing all travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements
- Liaising with other members of staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of GMD
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects as needed, including event planning and coordination
- Manage relationships with property tenants
- Other ad-hoc duties when requested

**Key Competencies**:

- Excellent administration skills, with previous experience working as a PA for a Managing Director
- Strong Communication skills with a professional and confidential approach to work
- Organised approach with great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Capability to report correct information to colleagues
- Highly competent in Microsoft
- Previous accounts and property experience would be beneficial

**Benefits**:

- The Company hold a Group Death in Service policy
- After 2 year’s unbroken service employees will receive an additional day’s holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years’ service up to a maximum of 3 days.

**Additional Details**:

- Hours of work - 20/25 Hours P/week across 4/5days
- 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays pro rata
- Salary from £14,500/£18,200 per annum dependant on hours
