**Role and Responsibilities**:
As the Landscape Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in leading our landscaping crews to deliver outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Project Management**:Oversee and manage garden design projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
- **Leadership**:Lead and inspire a team of skilled landscapers, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
- **Hands-On Expertise**:Demonstrate proficiency in various landscaping techniques, including hard and soft landscaping, planting, irrigation, and hardscaping.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all landscaping work meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations.
- **Client Satisfaction**:Interact with clients professionally, addressing their needs and concerns to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- **Health and Safety**:Promote a safe working environment, enforcing health and safety protocols to protect both team members and clients.
- **Training and Development**:Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, encouraging growth within the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
- **Landscaping Skills**:Proficiency in a wide range of landscaping techniques, with a particular focus on both hard and soft landscaping.
- **Leadership Abilities**:Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- **Client-Centric Approach**:Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Organizational Skills**:Effective project management and time management abilities.
- **Safety Conscious**:Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- **Driving License**:A full valid UK driver's license is required.
