We are currently looking for a **Receptionist** to join the Excelcare team at **St Fillans Care Home in Colchester, Essex.**

Excelcare is a family owned care home group established for over 30 years. Offering great care every day is central to everything we do.

**What you can expect**:

- Salary: £10.20 - £10.40 p/h depending on experience
- **2 week Rota based to cover from Sunday - Friday**:

- Week 1 - Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (23 hours a week, minus unpaid breaks)
- Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (27 hours a week, minus unpaid breaks)
- Monday - Friday shifts from 8am - 5pm, and Sunday shift from 10am - 3pm

**Main Duties**:

- All front of house duties
- Work as part of the administration team and provide admin support
- Promote the home and conduct show arounds
- Updating data bases and keeping trackers up to date

**What you will need**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude and friendly personality
- Efficient, organised and well presented
