**WB Employment **operating as an employment business, are recruiting **Van Drivers** to work for a well-established furniture delivery company in the **Coatbridge area.**

This role will involve heavy lifting as part of a team delivery team.

You will be rotating between mornings and afternoons

shifts times **:6:00 am start on morning shift - average 8h shifts**

**1:30 pm start afternoon shift - average 8h shift**

**£12.05ph**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Safely operate a van to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is secured properly
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules
- Communicate with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the van to ensure it is in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- **Experience**:_
- Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the van
- Ability to drive and navigate efficiently in various weather conditions and terrains
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with flatbed trucks and delivery procedures is a plus
- Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial
