Here at Serve, we pride ourselves on the quality of our services and our personal approach to event staffing. We absolutely love the buzz of working in the events industry, and understand all of the thrills and challenges that come with organising, running and working at a variety of different events and locations. Behind the scenes, our team is made up of event professionals; between us we have expertise in wedding planning, event co-ordination, festival logistics and bar management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working off the event calendar to manage the jobs board and add upcoming event staffing requirements to the crew app
- Manage logistics to fulfil all event staffing requirements and create the most skilled and cost effective team for each event
- Creation of detailed bespoke briefing documents for all team members prior to each event
- Manage end of week report, calculating weekly hours worked and mileage costs
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective internal systems
- Responsible for flagging any capacity issues and planning solutions with the rest of the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Previous experience within a recruitment/event staffing role would be beneficial
- Precise and comprehensive written communications and IT skills
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with crew, other team members and external partners.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Programmes (Drive, Google Docs/Word, Google Sheets/Excel )

**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Truro (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Truro
