**Project co-ordinator**

The Project co-ordinator is responsible for the Scheduling, Coordination and Reporting of Veny's internal operatives on multi site work activities including the arrangement of access to premises and associated landlord approvals.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Tracking and processing client work instructions
- Scheduling of work activities for Veny operatives
- Obtaining quotes and ordering of materials & plant
- Forecasting prevailing work schedules and reporting on completed works both internally and on Client systems
- Ensuring Client SLA’s & KPI’s are adhered to
- Arranging access with Site Providers prior to site visits.
- Attending conference calls with the client to provide updates as/when required
- Filing electronic documents
- Coordinating workloads
- Updating and maintaining of calendars & Spreadsheets

**Hours and environment**
- You will based in our Bury office
- Your hours will usually be 8.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
- Holiday entitlement will be 20 days (pro rata) plus bank holidays. 4 days of your holidays are fixed for the Christmas shutdown
- You will be entitled to join the pension scheme

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
