We are looking for someone exceptional to join our team of consultants. Someone who we can develop and promote through the ranks at Renoir in order to strengthen our already excellent teams across the world. This recruit will be highlighted for rapid development and should within 12 to 18 months become a key part of the management team.

Joining as a Management Consultant, you will help our clients' Executive Management team and their people take their business to new levels of performance delivering results on a scale and at a speed the company would not be able to achieve on its own.

During your time in industry you will have gained exposure to LEAN methodology, a series of processes and system improvements used across a variety of work streams. Implemented coaching and guidance to change champions and their teams. And developed and embedded organisational change framework to create a culture of continuous improvement and agility.

You will have moved into the commercial world and gained further experience, working on site with clients, effecting change from the shop floor up.

Our consultants assist with the thorough review and re-design of existing business practices and processes for all facets of a client's business from sales and marketing to production, the entire supply chain, cost control, capital expenditures and more.

Using our team-based approach, the consultant is involved in working side-by-side with the client at their locations, to enhance their skills and remove any barriers to change so as to create employee ownership.

Accurately analysing work processes, systems, organizational function and structures using interviews, observation, data and statistical analysis studies and techniques to determine where and how to generate measurable benefits.

Train client individuals in the effective use of management systems, tools, techniques, group problem solving and team building and consensus development skills.

Prepare and conduct meetings and one-on-one interfaces with client and colleagues.

Prepare written and oral feedback, presentation materials, critiques, systems documentation, process descriptions, evaluations, data summaries and reports.
