**We are looking for Bartenders and Front of House Team to join our fantastic, friendly and passionate team**

**ABOUT US**

We have been busy at work recreating all areas of this fantastic venue, starting with the beautifully refurbished (and completely reimagined) ground floor, now known as The Potting Shed and have very recently completed the refurbishment of our upstairs offering, The Terrace.

Offering O.T.T artisan brunches, stone-baked Neapolitan pizzas, tapas, delicious coffee and much more, The Potting Shed is the ideal place to chill out with friends, catch up with colleagues or kick-back on your lonesome and enjoy a good feeding Complete with funky sheds, tons of soft seating and a revamped outdoor area and groovy music, The Potting Shed is the epitome of a chilled out, trendy venue.

Upstairs, The Terrace offers an amazing event space, set within a trendy, classy environment, complete with a beautiful rooftop balcony overlooking Arran.

*Rate of pay increasing April 1st.

**We are looking for individuals who can**:

- Deliver great service
- Adopt a proactive approach and use initiative to drive sales through upselling
- Have a keen eye for detail and use this to maintain our high standard of service
- Be punctual and well presented for every shift
- Be committed to the role and eager to learn - we love our team to progress
- Understand the importance of customer care
- Be dynamic - able to switch between different styles of service
- Be flexible and work to the needs of the business
- Take pride in the service you provide and strive to offer the best possible experience for our guests
- Work well in a team, using communication skills to ensure service runs smoothly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
