**Overview**

To work with and supervise individuals and/or groups of students under the direction of the teacher and Assistant Headteacher - Head of Pastoral Care. Inclusive of specific individual learning needs, enabling access to learning for all students and assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques and providing specialist support in curricular/resource areas.
