Valeting Supervisor

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our Valet team at Carlisle Audi.

As the Valet Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the everyday smooth running of our busy dealership.

**More about the role**:

- Organising daily deliveries.
- Ensuring that all vehicles are valeted to the highest standards.
- Working with Management to keep everything running smoothly.
- Encouraging excellent communication between staff and management.
- Carrying out regular stock control of valeting materials and ordering new stock as needed.
- Ensuring valet bays are kept tidy and that staff follow health and safety regulations.
- Organising staff rotas to ensure adequate cover

**More about you**:

- Previous experience in leading a team
- Great communication skills and friendly, professional approach
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team
- The ability to motivate staff to reach targets
- Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to cover extra hours when required

Founded in 2003 by Michael Smyth and his three sons, David, Peter and John, Swansway has grown from five motor dealerships in Cheshire and the West Midlands to the 20 dealerships we have today. From Birmingham in the South to Carlisle in the North we partner with eleven brands including; Audi, Volkswagen, Land Rover, Honda and many more.

We’re expanding our own-brand, Motor Match our used sites, and we don’t stop at dealerships; we operate four Volkswagen Group Trade Part Centres, an Accident Repair Centre, a Group Fleet Sales Centre and an eBay shop re-cycling obsolete parts. All this is supported by our Head Office in Crewe.
