Information Officer - Cambridge City Council (HYBRID WORKING)
We are looking for a **Information Officer **will be based at:
**MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Assist in the development, operation and maintenance of IT systems to store, retrieve and provide grants information, financial data and statistics.
4. Assist with proof reading of Committee reports.
5. Support work on developing a digital grants platform
6. Maintain an up-to-date electronic filing system ensuring documents are filed quickly and appropriately. Ensure documents are deleted in line with the Council’s data retention policy.
8. Make payments to groups.
9. Liaise with other partners working on grant administration where relevant.
10. Carry out any other duties as required by your line manager from time to time in accordance with the grading of the post.
