Warehouse Supervisor

**Warehouse supervisor required Immediate start if desired,Up to £30000 Per year, On-site secure parking and also accessible via public transport. experience of managing staff required.**
**This is a perm position in Romford.**
**Shifts are available**:

- Monday
- Friday
- Shifts available - Low season: Monday to Friday shifts - 7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm
High season: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays 7am to 1pm)
- Salary - £23000-30000

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills when working as a Warehouse supervisor
- When working as a Warehouse Supervisor must have Good Personal presentation and hygiene
- Eager and enthusiastic to work in the Warehouse
- Able to work as an individual or in a team if needed
- **Forklift licence - inhouse acceptable.**:

- WMS: 2 years (required)
- Stock Control: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (required)

**Your duties will include**:

- **Be able to multitask, delegate work to their staff, must have good communication skills and good computer and system skills with use of WMS experience preferred**:

- Producing stock reports and investigating discrepancies
- Producing sales reports for analysis and replenishment / reorder purposes
- Dealing with returns and linking with our existing customers to distribute these
- Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse
- Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt
- Move and rearrange stock including creating layout plans for stock locations, either by hand or with heavy lifting equipment
- Keep careful records of everything that comes in and goes out of the warehouse
- Clean the space and ensure that goods don’t get damaged
- Supervise a team of up to 10 staff, and support the team where needed
- Load goods on and off goods vehicles
- Ensure delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production standards
- Carry out stock counts as and when required
- Maintaining the area's safeness and cleanliness
- Loading and Unloading at the Warehouse
- Shifting pallets in the Warehouse
- Acting responsibly and safely
