Building Surveyor

Our clients, a well-respected Chartered Surveyor practice are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their team.

**As a Building Surveyor your role will involve the following**:

- Carrying out Full Building Surveys (Level 3)
- Residential and Commercial experience
- Architectural Design, Party Walls, extensions and dilapidations

**To be considered for the Building Surveyor role you must have**:

- Experience in the role
- Be qualified as a Chartered Surveyor or APC

**Working hours**:
As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Monday - Friday

**Our client is offering the successful Building Surveyor**:

- £35,000 - £50,000
- Flexibility in home and office working
- Mileage paid
