**Responsibilities of the Telesales Role**:

- Proactively prospect via outbound calling with new and existing clients
- To be relentless in meeting targets and KPI’s on a daily and weekly basis
- To present our services and work as a team to achieve our goal of to be the number 1 Business broker in the UK
- Ensure quality bookings are set up as appointments for our Associate Director team.
- To maximise the efficiency of the diaries for the Associate Directors
- To use persuasive language and active listening skills to present company services and products to potential clients to secure interest
- To gather and document information about the customer and accurately record those conversations through our CRM system.
- To build strong relationships with potential customers, colleagues, and the field sales team
- Actively drive career progression and self-growth
- To always act professionally and contribute/ provide support to the wider team.

**Expectations of the Telesales Role**

You’ll have the passion and enthusiasm to build successful relationships with clients. You will have:

- The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders
- The ability to build good strong relationships
- The ability to negotiate and influence and work within a CRM system.
- The ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets.
- Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales

**Are you the right person for the job of Telesales in our company?**

If you have/are the following, then the answer is yes
- Sales experience is preferred, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of demonstrable B2B or B2C experience
- Energetic and results driven team player, with experience of working within a team
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently
- Competent communication skills
- Display a passionate, positive, and problem-solving attitude
- Daily account management and ownership of your own pipeline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week
