Customer Data Analyst

We are searching for a **Customer Data Analyst** for an exciting technical business based in East Devon. The role is offered on a hybrid basis - please note, you will be required occasionally to attend meetings at the client's Exeter officetherefore you will need to be based in Exeter or within a commutable distance of Exeter to be considered for this opportunity.

You will be responsible for the management of all customer account information and contacts. You will be improving the completeness and quality of the customer master data providing a single and trusted source of information which will be used by whole organisation.

You will also be prioritising, defining, co-ordinating and actioning other data improvement projects to remediate existing data errors thus reducing the incidence of new errors.

**About You
**To be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Previous experience in a Customer Data Analyst role working with UK data.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce reporting and analysis tools.
- Ideally having experience of using Dun & Bradstreet company data and cleansing services.
- Able to effectively communicate with internal teams to meet specific company needs.
- Can plan, allocate and manage work for yourself and any junior team members.
