Go-Fix are currently seeking a Stores & Transport manager to manage & run the management of our stores & vehicle fleet.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing & dynamic business, previous experience in both the running of stores & stock items as well as overseeing transport is advantageous but not essential as training will be given.

You must be a strong team player who is motivated, works well under pressure and forward thinking in your approach to management & problem solving.

Your daily tasks will include;
Management of our company stores that control materials, plant & equipment

Stock taking of materials & equipment

Managing what equipment, plant & materials are given to Go-Fix engineers

The servicing, repairs & cleaning of company plant & equipment.

The management of the company fleet to include vehicle checks, booking in maintenance, servicing & works on vehicles

Overseeing weekly checks on our HGV fleet

Oversee & manage engineer vehicle checks daily

You will from time to time be expected to deliver parts, materials & collect vehicles from multiple locations.

You must hold a full clean UK driving licence, Class 1 & Class 2 HGV would be preferred but is not essential.

your working hours will be from 7:30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 1 Saturday 8am - 1pm per month.

You will be entitled to 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £23,000 per annum & this position is on a full time basis

Location: New Ash Green in Kent

Experience: Past employment as stores or transport management is essential, Working with, repairing & inspecting power tools & plant is preferred.
