Clark James Recruitment are working with one of the leading Mortgage Brokerages in the Southeast.

Due to expansion our client are looking to expand their team of Mortgage Advisers due to increased levels of business.

**Role**
- We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to work out of a very busy office.
- The office has a proven track record of delivering quality leads.
- Our client also has a large number of existing client mortgage reviews every month, of which the successful applicant will receive a share (typical conversion is 80% to 90% of all reviews).
- The role is full time, home and office working can be considered.
- Full admin support will be provided.

**Skills required**
- CeMAP or equivalent (essential).
- Tenacious approach to leads.
- Excellent timekeeping/ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer focused.
- Team player.
- Good communicator.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook.

**Package**
- Employed or, self-employed packages available.
- Employed - Basic to £33,000.
- Realistic OTE of £50,000 to £70,000.
