**Part-Time Cleaner Operative - Permanent Position**

**Location**: SN10

**Days/Hours Required**:
Mon 1.25hrs 07.30-08.45
Tue 1.25hrs 07.30-08.45
Wed 1.25hrs 07.30-08.45
Thu 1.25hrs 07.30-08.45
Fri 1hrs 07.30-08.30

**Total Hours**: 6 hours per week

**Hourly Rate**: £11.44 per hour

Are you a meticulous and dependable individual with a keen eye for cleanliness? We're currently seeking a Part-Time Cleaner Operative to join our team and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment. This role is perfect for those seeking part-time work with flexible hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas.
- Tasks include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of trash in an environmentally friendly manner.
- Sanitize and restock restroom facilities.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance requirements.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or related roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within allocated hours.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning standards.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
