As an Advanced Operations Controller, you will join a fantastic team who are proactive in providing support to each other and drive improvements, whilst giving you the opportunity to explore areas of interest to you.

The role will provide you with lots of variety, learning opportunities and a good team culture.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and supporting field personnel in conducting safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of wind turbine equipment.

This will be done in line with planned maintenance requirements, including providing parts and consumables for our offshore wind farm, working from our operations and maintenance facility in Mostyn.

Note: Role includes work shifts at the project location, including weekends (but not nights)

Some of the key areas we want you to be involved in include:
- Meticulous administration of Siemens Gamesa (SGRE) wind farm sites including technical and commercial record-keeping- Raising, scheduling, and allocating planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with SGRE field staff and customer personnel via SAP system- Maintaining efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities and creating daily and weekly plans for site team as required, optimizing the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs)- Controlling and technical verification within SAP system; collation of time data- Ensuring maintenance and troubleshooting activities are aligned to business objectives and customer requirement- Co-ordinating record keeping, reporting and documentation archives to support full service and maintenance history

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.

We are also looking for- Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for your own workload- Excellent organisation skills and be able to adapt quickly to the changing requirements- Work shifts at the project location, including weekends (but not nights) so living within commuting distance of Mostyn is essential- Knowledge about health and safety legislation- IT literacy, particularly Microsoft (MS) Office Applications and SAP- Ability to communicate efficiently with stakeholders in a confident manner- Previous experience of working in the wind industry would be advantageous although full training will be provided
