Vegetable Sorter

**Job Title: Sorter**

- Our client is based in Spalding however we do provide the transport from Leicester town centre that costs £5 each way and can be deducted from your pay._

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort and organize items according to specified criteria
- Inspect items for quality and remove any defective or damaged items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Meet productivity targets and deadlines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in sorting items
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required
