Stem Tutor

We are looking to recruit a STEM tutor to support students in their homes with primarily Maths and Science, preferably in-person although online tuition is also an option.
Ideally you will be a qualified teacher with classroom experience and/or knowledge of the national curriculum, 11+ or GCSE and A-level exam boards however any tutoring experience will be welcomed. As a minimum requirement, you should be a university graduate.
Sessions can take place during the day, evenings or weekends depending on the availability of the tutor and the needs of the customer. The role is to start as soon as possible.

**Professional** **-** Able to communicate and conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate to dealing with students, parents and schools. Tutors should be punctual, trustworthy and mature in the way they deliver their tuition.
**Inspiring - **Our tutors understand that they are dealing with the next generation and our goal is not only to improve the grades of the students but also to inspire them to find their confidence and realise their own potential to help carver their own way in life.
**Authentic -** We take pride in the fact that we focus on making the right match between student and tutor. This is important for the growth of the student therefore tutors should be authentic, knowing what they can offer their students and the ways they can best help them. If you can be yourself with the student they are more likely to be themselves.
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
