**Electrical Inspector**

Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting for electrical inspectors to join a growing team for our large electrical manufacturing client based in (Scarborough / Eastfield YO11).

**Hours of Work**:
**- **37 hours per week, plus the option of overtime

**Day Shifts**:
**- **Early - Start 07:55 am Finish 16:25 pm Monday to Thursday / Friday 07:55 am - 13:00 pm

**Pay Rates: These exclude Shift premium**
- L1 £10.66 - £13.08
- L2 £11.46 - £13.72
- L3 £14.04 - £14.61

**Rotational Shifts**:
**- **Early - Start 06:00 am Finish 14:00 pm Monday to Thursday / Friday 06:00 am - 13:30 pm
- Late - Start 14:00 Finish 22:00 Monday to Thursday /Friday 13:00 pm to 21:00 pm

**Shift premium is paid on top of the above rates providing you accept a shifted role as per below**

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure component conformity according engineering drawings, by managing incoming inspection & metrology activities inside the plant and ensure the safety of persons and property in the working area
- Define / upgrade standard inspection protocol according to standard requirements
- Qualify Equipment system (Gage R&R)
- Support production / quality engineers to check part conformity according to specifications in case of quality issue (component metrology)
- Manage the calibration program of measurement equipment for the plant
- Optimise inspection methodologies using best available techniques & tools long term, ongoing assignments in a professional environment with full training

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working within a production / manufacturing environment is essential
- Knowledge and experience in inspecting
