**The Role**

You will be responsible for the entire customer bowling experience, this includes giving them a warm and friendly welcome when they arrive, checking if they want another drink, upselling them a celebratory burger n chips, and providing them with support for any questions they may have. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the lanes are clean and tidy after each use.

You will be offered the opportunity to be trained across all key areas of the centre, to ensure that you are able to provide support to the team and deliver the best possible customer service.

**Skills You Need**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Full of determination, enthusiasm and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
- Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
- Be approachable and helpful
- A strong team player
- Be organised and able to multi-task
