- We are seeking a dedi
- *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously.
- *Drink Preparation:* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and guest preferences.
- *Cleanliness:* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- *Cash Handling:* Accurately handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all sales are recorded correctly.
- *Compliance:* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
- *Teamwork:* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- *Upselling:* Promote and upsell food and drink items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. *Qualifications and Skills*
- *Experience:* Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- *Customer Focus:* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- *Communication:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- *Work Ethic:* Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- *Team Player:* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- *Attention to Detail:* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: £8.00-£11.44 per hour Benefits:
