Essex Trade Windows Ltd are a well-established manufacturer and supplier of UPVC windows and doors, based in Basildon, Essex.

**Main Responsibilities to Include**
- Develop a clear understanding of the company, the products we sell and our customer base.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets, tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics, and analyse data to produce reports that will optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in social media marketing either at a company or part of an agency.
- Experience of managing multiple social media accounts.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and good organisation skills.

This is a part time role, minimum of 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm, so the exact working hours are negotiable.

We also offer paid holiday and auto enrolement pension scheme - pro rata.

Salary is £13.00-£15.50 per hour.
