£40,000-45000 + excellent benefits

Our client is a leading management economics consultancy that is growing rapidly and has created a new opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join their team in either London (City) or Oxford on a hybrid working model. Their clients range from governmentbodies through to multinationals and their expertise enables them to compete and win business across a range of sectors and industries such as Energy, Financial Services and Commercial Disputes.
This is a generalist role that will have 2 direct reports in payroll and HR administration. Your remit will be:

- Supporting the Head of HR in managing the annual pay review and bonus process.
- Oversee and manage the external payroll provider across the 6 European countries they operate in (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands) to ensure all monthly processes are actioned and any complex payroll matters are managed.
- Oversee and manage the external benefit provider to ensure the local benefits are administered and managed effectively through the monthly and annual processes.
- Act as the expert and provide appropriate HR advice and guidance to Partners, line managers and employees in line with Company policies and procedures.
As the company grows, there will be projects for the HR Officer and you will work as part of the overall strategy.

Salary is dependent on experience.
