**Pre-16 Academic & Personal Support Tutor**

**Full time, Term Time Only**

**Salary - £43,017 - £44,311 per annum (pro-rata)**

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Academic & Personal Support Tutor to join our friendly and supportive team, preferably with a background in ESOL, but not essential.

Given the variety of this exciting role, we recognise that it will appeal to different types of people. Examples might include:

- A current teacher or lecturer who has a real passion for personal and academic development and would like to focus their energy on this.
- A recent graduate who wants to take their first steps in working in education and with young people.
- Someone who currently or has previously worked with young people in different settings and who thrives on supporting them to flourish.

This is an exciting and varied role that will have responsibility for a range of areas. You will be connected to a particular set of curriculum areas and become part of that team.
