Allstaff Office Division have partnered with our client based in Hillington, who are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator, on a full-time basis.
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly welcome and assist customers at the reception area
- Efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate departments and accurately record messages
- Coordinate room bookings and arrange refreshments
- Perform basic administrative tasks
- Handle filing and photocopying duties
- Place orders for necessary supplies
Allstaff is operating as an Employment Agency for the supply of Permanent and Contract staff employed directly by the hirer.
**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hillington, Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
