An Talla is a thriving café & retail destination on the banks of the Caledonian Canal at Dochgarroch Lock - 3 miles South on the A82 and part of Loch Ness by Jacobite.

The team at An Talla are proud to serve freshly prepared breakfasts and lunches using locally sourced produce.

The kitchen team are looking for a Kitchen Assistant/Kitchen Porter to help with the running of this busy and popular café. Your duties will include but not exclusively:

- Food preparation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness including washing dishes, kitchen equipment, handling refuse and all surfaces
- Putting away stock ensuring rotation of stock
- General kitchen duties as required

No split shifts - hours of work would be approximately 0900 - 1700. The café is open 7 days so weekend availability will be necessary.

Temporary seasonal contract with the potential to become a permanent role.

Person Specification:

- Excellent timekeeping
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Willingness to undertake training as required
- Trustworthy and conscientious
- Happy to work as part of a team
