Reed Finance are working with an innovative scientific company based in North Bristol recruiting for a Management Accountant to join their successful and fast-growing organisation.

Reporting directly into the CFO this is a key role in the business. The company is on an exciting growth journey, so there is plenty of scope for progression.

**Responsibilities:**
- Managing and mentoring a team of 2 (AP&AR)
- Preparing monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary
- Business partnering with various stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Working with key stakeholders, developing the project financial control systems to provide timely and accurate information across all projects and proposals
- Driving working capital and cashflow forecasts

The company will be implementing a new ERP system imminently so any experience with implementing a new system would be advantageous.
